At Elisa Maison, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.


2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please email info@elisamaison.com and include your order number. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cancellation may no longer be possible.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email info@elisamaison.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • The reason for the request

  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Securely package the item and include your order number inside the parcel.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@elisamaison.com.

After reviewing the issue, we may:

  • Cover the return shipping costs

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a full refund

Customer satisfaction and fairness are important to us.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
